PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant-potential electrolysis type gas sensor (hereinafter called a "gas sensor") by which a short-circuited state of a connection terminal related to each gas detection electrode can be easily and surely obtained at the time of storage, a storage method of the same, and a jig for storing the same.SOLUTION: A gas sensor is configured in such a manner that: planar connection terminals connected to an action pole and a counter electrode via respective feeding leads are exposed outside on one end surface of a casing, each of the connection terminals is made of a magnetic metal, and a conductive magnet for short-circuiting each of the connection terminals at the time of storage can be attached by utilizing the magnetic force of the conductive magnet. The gas sensor is stored in a state that the conductive magnets are attached to the gas sensor and each of connection terminals is short-circuited by each of the conductive magnets. A jig for storage is equipped with a sensor holding part configured of a recess in which a magnet is fixed on its bottom surface, and holds the gas sensor by the magnetic force of the conductive magnets in the state that each of connection terminals is short-circuited by each of the conductive magnets. |
