The inverter control device (1) is for controlling multiple parallelly connected inverters (2a-2d). When activating the multiple inverters (2a-2d), a switch (5pa) for a first inverter is closed, a first switching component (13a) disposed in the first inverter (2a) is turned on so as to charge capacitors (6a-6d) of the multiple inverters (2a-2d), and the other switches (5pb-5pd) are closed after the capacitors are charged.
