<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at downsizing of a device as a whole by facilitating high integration of electrodes. <P>SOLUTION: The single-chamber fuel cell capable of generating power by mixture gas of fuel gas and oxidant gas is provided with a plurality of comb-shaped electrolyte plates 20 with a plurality of slits formed at a given interval, and electrodes 30, 40 are arranged at least at one face of each electrolyte plate 20, and the plurality of electrolyte plates 20 are assembled into a lattice shape by putting together the slits of the electrolyte plates 20.
