The present invention relates to a combination of three different inhibitors for use in the curative and/or preventive treatment of colorectal cancer, and to methods for the curative and/or preventive treatment of a subject affected by colorectal cancer or at risk of said cancer, comprising the administration of a therapeutically effective amount of said composition to said subject.
