The invention relates to a device for producing a foamed product. For this purpose, the device has a spraying head having a perforated disk (1) in the form of a circular ring, the central circular opening (2) of which perforated disk forms a passage for a conducting pipe. The perforated disk (1) has a plurality of passage openings (5), which are spaced apart from each other and arranged on a plurality of concentric hole circles (3, 4) and through which the material to be foamed exits and reaches the outer surface of the conducting pipe. The passage openings (5) arranged on the same hole circle (3, 4) are evenly distributed on the particular hole circle (3, 4) and have a matching cross-sectional area. Because the passage openings (5) are bounded by two lateral lines (6, 7) following circular arcs concentric to each other and by two radially extending lateral lines (8, 9), the distance (b) of which from each other in a first region facing the center point (10) of the hole circles (3, 4) is smaller than the distance (B) of the lateral lines (8, 9) in a second region spaced apart from the first region and facing away from the center point (10), the individual passage openings (5) complement each in order to form a circular ring in total. Thus, the expanded material strands adjoin each other such that a homogeneous distribution of the foamed material over the entire cross-sectional area results. |
