The invention relates to a solid form of tenofovir alafenamide with an inorganic or organic acid selected from the following group: hydrochloric, hydrobromic, sulfuric, phosphoric, maleic, citric, succinic, tartaric, gallic, benzenesulfonic, salicylic, 4- aminobenzoic acid. Another aspect of the present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition, which comprises the solid form of tenofovir alafenamide and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient, the composition being used as a medicament for the treatment of HIV infection and viral hepatitis B.
