The invention relates to a method of processing data relating to automotive vehicles with a view to a subsequent graphical generation of electrical diagrams of electrical systems comprising the following steps: - reception (16) of a first collection of data (10) relating to wiring elements (C1, C2, C3, C4, C5) of automotive vehicles and to configurations (CC1, CC2, CC3, CC4) of automotive vehicles; - selection (17) from the first collection of data (10) of a list of wiring elements (C1, C2, C3, C4, C5) and of a list of configurations (CC1, CC2, CC3, CC4) of vehicles; - generation (18) of a first set of elements each element of which comprises wiring elements (C1, C2, C3, C4, C5) arising from the list of wiring elements (C1, C2, C3, C4, C5) and an associated vehicle configuration (CC1, CC2, CC3, CC4) arising from the list of configurations, and - modification (19) of the first set of elements on the basis of a second set of elements each element of which comprises an electrical system (SE1, SE2, SE3, SE4, SE5) for the associated configuration (CC1, CC2, CC3, CC4), so that each element of the first set of modified elements defines each electrical diagram to be generated. |
