摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide catalyst of a fuel cell with high catalyst efficiency, formed of metal-carrying carbon fine particles in a simple manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The first invention of the specifications is a precursor adsorbing an organic metal compound into conductive carbon fine particles in a solution. The second invention is the catalyst of a fuel cell created with air-scattered thermolysis by heating the precursor, and the precursor has a structure wherein metal fine particles are carried by the carbon fine particles. The third invention is the manufacturing method for the precursor and the catalyst.
