PURPOSE:To save user's labor by utilizing a prepaid card and automatically executing the adjustment and reception of a water rates. CONSTITUTION:A control device 11 to be a device capable of controlling peripheral devices and executing programs or the combination of devices is constituted as a center of this system and an inspection data input part 12, a card reader/ writer part 13, an operation part 14, a display part 15, a printing part 16, a water using quantity data file 17, and a rate table file 18 are respectively connected to the control device 11 as its peripheral devices. In such configuration, a prepaid card is used for adjusting and reception of the water rates. Consequently, user's labor can be saved. |
