PURPOSE:To reduce the patrol diagnostic frequency by issuing a command to an information processor of a 2nd information processor group included in a relevant group from an information processor of a 1st information processor group for execution of a patrol diagnosis and informing the paired groups of the fault information if a fault is detected. CONSTITUTION:The patrol diagnostic means 13 of the information processors B11 and B12 included in a group X11 issue the commands at each fixed time to the information processors A11 and A12 of the group X11 for execution of the patrol diagnosis. If the working of the processor A11 or A12 is stopped, the intra-group abnormality detection means 14 of both processors B11 and B12 detect the abnormality of a patrol diagnosis B or a time-out state according to the state of the answer given to a diagnostic command B. A fault information informing means 15 of the processor B12 informs a group X12 of the information showing the detection of the abnormality or the time-out state. In such a way, the patrol diagnostic frequency is reduced. |
