<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a non-aqueous electrolyte battery with high energy density, a large capacity, and a high output in which a carbon layer with a uniform organization and thickness having a thickness of 100 μm or smaller is formed on the surface of a negative electrode, and which is not deteriorated in battery capacity and has stable battery characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: In the non-aqueous electrolyte battery 1 comprising a positive electrode 10, a negative electrode 11, a separator 12, a positive electrode case 13, a negative electrode case 14, an insulating packing 15, and a non-aqueous electrolytic liquid which is not shown in the figure, when a carbon layer is formed on the positive electrode opposed surface 11a of the negative electrode 11, carbon black is mounted to the positive electrode opposed surface 11a of the negative electrode 11, and vibration and pressure are simultaneously applied on the carbon black. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
