PURPOSE: To easily and surely attach an image receiving material and to improve dimensional stability at the time of performing transfer four times by fixing the image receiving material on a transfer drum by an adhesive tape and then heating it so that an image on an image sheet may be transferred on the image receiving material. CONSTITUTION: The transfer drum 1 is internally provided with a heating device 2 and rotated by a driving mechanism. The drum 1 is provided with an adhesive body 4 on its surface, and the image receiving material 5 having a smooth surface on the side of an attaching surface to the drum 1 is attached only by the adhesive body 3. Furthermore, in the case of the image receiving material 5 having the rough surface on the side of the attaching surface to the drum 1, the adhesive tape 6 is allowed to intervene between the drum 1 and the material 5. In the case of the image receiving material 5 having the rough surface on the side of the attaching surface to the drum 1, the image receiving material is fixed on the drum 1 by a single coated adhesive tape, or a double coated adhesive tape 6 is allowed to intervene between the drum 1 and the material 5. Then, a transfer stage is performed by setting so that the image sheet 7 may be superposed on the material 5. |
