PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need of production of undesired wait time processing even when an acknowledgement signal of an end of call from a base station is not reached by allowing the system to conduct call termination automatically even when the operator interrupts the power supply without depressing a call termination button and interrupting the power supply after the lapse of a prescribed time after that. SOLUTION: When a speech is finished, a call start/end button 8 is depressed, call end information is sent to a base station via a control section 4 and the speech operation is terminated under the control of the control section 4 after obtaining an acknowledgement signal from the base station. Then a power switch operation section 9 is operated to allow a switch section 11 to stop power supply from a battery power supply 12. If the operator depresses the power switch operation section 9 without depressing the call start/end button 8, the operation of the operation section 9 is delivered to the control section 4 as call end information to allow the control section 4 to conduct the call end operation, and after a timer of a timing means 10 is used to make a delay of a prescribed time, the switch section 11 interrupts the battery power supply 12. |
