PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition having carbon-carbon double bond capable of storing at ordinary temperature and excellent in stability to oxidation by coating a lipid-containing feed composition having carbon-carbon double bond with polymannose and/or polymannose derivative. SOLUTION: A lipid-containing feed composition having carbon-carbon double bond is coated with a polymannose and/or a polymannose derivative (preferably gum guaiac enzyme decomposer) to provide the objective composition. In the polymannose and/or polymannose derivative, the average chain length of mannose straight chain is preferably in the range of 30-200 units. The formulation ration of polymannose and/or polymannose derivative to lipid-containing coated feed composition having carbon-carbon double bond is preferably 0.001-10 wt.%. The lipid having carbon-carbon double bond includes a neutral lipid, a phospholipid or oil-soluble vitamines. |
