PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover the washing performance and to reutilize a waste liquid after washing as a washing liquid by removing a Vd component eluted into the waste liquid as ions with ion exchange, and regenerating the waste liquid. SOLUTION: An ion exchange device 6 for removing heavy metal ions, etc., from the washing liquid (waste liquid) discharged from a washing tank 4 after washing and regenerating it as the washing liquid, is provided on a washing liquid circulation means 7 of a denitrification catalyst activity regeneration device 10. The ion exchange device 6 is constituted of a cation exchange tower 6a or an anion exchange tower 6b, and is introduced the waste liquid from the bottom to perform ion-exchange in the inside, and the ion-exchanged liquid is discharged from the upper part to be returned to the washing liquid circulation exchange means 7. In the case that the Vd component stuck to the denitrification catalyst is eluted into the washing liquid as cation ions, the cation exchange tower 6a is used as the ion exchange device 6. On the other hand, in the case that the Vd component stuck to the denitrification catalyst is eluted into the washing liquid as anion ions, the anion exchange tower 6b is used as the ion exchange device 6. |
