PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for removing product from mold so as to enable ready and sure taking out of a formed product. SOLUTION: In a mechanism A for removing a product from a mold in a food forming machine for forming a forming cooked rice (a2) with a lower mold 14 inserted into plural forming molds 6 to 6g of a turntable 2 and an upper mold 18 of the upper part of forming mold 6c feeding determined cooked rice (a1), a lower mold guide rail 29 is provided in length corresponding to plural lower molds 6d to 6g on a substrate supporting the turntable on the shaft. A lower mold engaging element 30 arranged in close to front end of the lower mold guide rail 29 is rotatably supported on a shaft by energizing spring force to a direction which is held in same height as the lower mold guide rail 29 and a guide roller 16, a inclined face 15b which rotates the lower mold engaging element 30 by pushing up of the lower mold 14 by a pushing up rod 37 and a guide pin engaging with guide groove 31 provided in a state fixed to the substrate 1 are provided on the lower end of lifting and lowering shaft 14b which penetrates from the forming molds 6d to 6g of the lower mold 14 to the lower direction. |
