PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability of a bathtub to warm water by forming a second layer composed of an epoxy resin having an excellent joining property to both layers, between a first layer using a bisphenol expoxy resin formed on a bathtub inside surface as an essential component and a third layer composed of an urethane resin. SOLUTION: In a bathtub having a coating having high warm water durability suitable for being used as a bubble bath or the like, first to third layers are arranged on a bathtub inside surface of a bathtub base material except for a stainless steel bathtub, and the first layer is formed of a bisphenol epoxy resin containing 20 to 40 wt.% of the solvent insoluble content having an excellent adhesive property to the bathtub base material. The second layer also has an excellent adhesive property to the first and the third layers, and is formed of a bisphenol epoxy resin containing 40 to 60 wt.%, of the solvent insoluble content to show water impermeability excellent more than the first layer, and the third layer is formed of an urethane resin having an excellent joining property to the second layer. The thickness ratio of the first to the third layers is desirable to be (10 to 20 : 10 to 20 : 5 to 15). |
