The invention relates to a method which makes it possible to start a recording in the course of a conversation so as to be able at later stage to listen to important information contained in said conversation. This applies especially to radio telecommunication systems where the recording could be made on an electronic mailbox internal to the communications system. To this end a memory, such as an electronic mailbox, is provided for in the system components on the operator side. To ensure the organization of the memory (26) a control unit (20) and a signal detector (14) connected to said control unit (20) are provided for on the operator side. The detector detects an activating signal contained in the data transmitted or located on a separate data line, which signal controls the storage/retrieval of data transmitted between the telecommunication subscribers. On the user side the invention provides for a signal generator (16) for emitting an activating signal for the control unit (20). |
