PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move an item in a stable manner without damaging it when the item is to be pushed out of a packaging position by a knob for a drawer. SOLUTION: There is provided a device in which a held film F is held with knobs 43, 44 for a drawer, pulled out to a position where it may cover a tray A, the tray A is packaged by the pulled-out film F, the packaged tray A is pushed by the knobs 43, 44 for the drawer, moved and transported out, wherein a pushing member 42 made of resilient material contacted with an item is moved together with the knobs 43, 44 for the drawer. This pushing member 42 is made such that a length in a direction crossing at a right angle with an item transferring direction is larger than a maximum width of the tray A, a pushing surface 42a showing a curved shape from both ends in a direction crossing at a right angle with the item transferring direction toward the central part to an upstream side of the item transferring direction is formed to push the tray A, thereby the number of contacted locations (area) against the tray A is increased.
