PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation form support metal fitting which ensures the stability of the position of a foundation form to be placed. SOLUTION: This foundation form support metal fitting 10 has a pair of support plates 11 which comprise rectangular metallic plates oppositely arranged at a predetermined distance to each other within the same plane. Symmetrically shaped support bar members 13 formed by bending of metallic bars in such a way as to be arranged within the same plane are fixed to both support plates 11. The support bar members 13 are provided with horizontal fixed bar parts 14 fixed on the support plates 11 and a pair of vertical bar parts 15 bent at right angles to the inner ends of the horizontal fixed bar parts 14 and extending vertically. Bent parts 16 that are bent at approximately 45 deg. from both ends of the vertical bar parts 15 toward the horizontal fixed bar parts 14 are provided. An inverted U-shaped part 17 is provided at the end of each bent part 16 in a direction parallel to the opposite direction. A horizontal bar part 18 interconnecting both ends of the pair of inverted U-shaped parts is provided parallel to the support plates 11.
