PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily assemble and disassemble frames by reducing the number of screws to be used, to prevent the head parts of the screws from being exposed to the outside and to easily perform an assembling work of the frames even by only a person. SOLUTION: Vertical rods 4a of a pair of front and rear frame-shaped frames 4 are made an angle member of an L-shape in plane view which can be abutted on two surfaces of inside surfaces in left and right vertical rods 5b and front and rear or left and right outside surfaces. In a side surface lower part of the angle member, locking hooks 8 capable of being engaged to vertical long engagement holes 9 formed on lower parts of the inside surfaces of left and right vertical rods 5b are provided. Lower end parts one another of front and rear vertical rods 4a and the left and right vertical rods 5b made of this angle member are locked by engaging the locking hooks 8 to the engagement holes 9. In the same way, upper end parts one another are made wagon frames by coupling the upper end parts by screws 12 inserted from the inside of the front and rear vertical rods 4a. On these wagon frames, a shelf plate 2 is mounted by preventing moving in front and rear and left and right directions.
