PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the temperature rise of a coil without increasing the number of turns of the coil in the case of heating an image by induction heating. SOLUTION: A litz wire obtained by bundling plural insulating covered conductors whose outside diameter is 0.01 to 0.4 mm is used as an insulating covered conductor constituting an induction coil 3. The current of 5 to 50A is applied to the coil 3. The outside diameter of the insulating covered conductor is desirably larger than 0.1 mm and smaller than 0.2 mm. The frequency of the current applied to the coil 3 is 10 to 100 kHz. The number of turns of the coil 3 is 4 to 15 turns, desirably, 4 to 10 turns.
