A heat exchanger (1) performing the exchange of heat of a medium by a heat conducted through a tube (300), comprising a tank (200) having a joint part (210) for flowing in and out the medium and the tube (300) connected to the tank, the tank further comprising a tubular member closed at both ends thereof and the joint part further comprising a tubular pipe part (211) inserted into and brazed to the tank, wherein the outside diameter of the pipe part is larger than the inside diameter of the tank, the tip (211a) of the pipe part is formed thinner than the other portion of the pipe and projected to the inside of the tank, the orthographic projection of the pipe part in the longitudinal direction of the tank is curved at the tip of the pipe, and the heat exchanger forms the radiator of a refrigerating cycle, and the internal pressure surpasses the critical point of the medium.
