PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the actual circumstance where it is difficult for taxi users to get a vacant taxi. SOLUTION: A system generalization center, upon reception of a call from a user, instantly understands a place where the user desires to get a car, and issues a dispatch instruction to vacant taxies near the place.An object of the present system is to improve the operating rate of taxies, and thus improve service to taxi users. In order to eliminate the irritation of the taxi user, the present system realizes the dispatch of a taxi to a place where the user designates, thereby to improve the operating rate of the taxi. From the comprehensive viewpoint, the present system can enormously contribute to the elimination of traffic jam on roads and the prevention of environmental contamination caused by exhaust gas, and can thus be used in various commercial applications.
