PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract a user who contributes the activation of communications on a network or a user who provides a trigger. SOLUTION: In a communication providing device (10) on a network such as a message board, a mailing list, a chat or a blog, extracted user information (25), communication history information (27) and a parameter for extraction of information (29) are created from registered user information (16) and communication information (18) between users. From these pieces of information, there are extracted user properties including beginning users, high-rank users, important users, users who provide a trigger, follow users and similar users in the communication providing device (10) and the degree of association between users.
