PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patent document multidimensional correlation analyzing device which displays correlations among a plurality of patent documents so that one can visually and easily grasp the correlations. SOLUTION: The patent document multidimensional correlation analyzing device 2 is provided with a data control part 10 which controls the processing of data. The data control part 10 is connected, for example, to an input part 12 which inputs data on patent documents and to a patent document information storage part 14 which stores patent document information including the data on the patent documents and patent document vectors indicating the contents of the patent documents. The data control part 10 is also connected to a data storage part 16 which makes optionally set axis patent documents a vertical axis and a horizontal axis and stores data on a patent document correlation table indicating a correlation between the axis patent document and the non-axis patent document by using, as the coordinates, the inner product of the patent document vector of the axis patent document and patent document vector of the non-axis patent document. In addition, the data control part 10 is connected to a display part 18 which discriminatingly displays the correlation between the axis patent document and the non-axis patent document.
