摘要 |
For the production of SOFC fuel cells, glass joining techniques are required for obtaining a gas-tight connection, for example between the fuel cell ends and a base plate. According to the invention, moulded bodies are used as semi-finished products or individually produced moulded bodies (80, 90, 100) are used, which is especially suitable for a mass production of fuel cells. The composition of the moulded body (80, 90, 100) can be homogeneous over the cross-section but also inhomogeneous. For example, low-friction layers may be present in the glass moulded body. The production of such moulded bodies is carried out according to known methods in glass technology, for example drawing glass rods out of the melt and subsequent deformation, casting in a graphite matrix and forming by means of a graphite stamp or also lamination of films and deformation into the pre-determined form with subsequent temperature treatment. Forming to produce approximate final contours can be carried out by means of CAD/CAM methods. |
