<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dramatically improve mountability of a ring-shaped portable apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The ring-shaped portable apparatus is composed of two rings 1A, 1B. Since respective rings 1A, 1B are connected such that the circle center O<SB>2</SB>of the inner circumference X2 of each ring is eccentrically positioned with respect to the relative rotation center O<SB>1</SB>, the opening size of each inside of rings 1A, 1B can be adjusted into a first state representing a large opening or a second state representing a small opening in accordance with a position relative to short-distance sections 31A, 31B and long-distance sections 39A, 39B when rotating respective rings 1A, 1B relatively. Therefore, both of easily inserting the back of a person's hand or the like into the ring and fitting well with his/her wrist or the like can be satisfied, whereby the attaching workability of the ring-shaped portable apparatus is improved dramatically.
