<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a processing load while taking characteristics of throughput into account for a scheduler, a line terminating function and a channel encoding/decoding function constituting a next-generation high-speed mobile communication system regarding a communication processing scheme in a radio base station of a mobile communication system for transmitting data from a network side to a predetermined mobile terminal via a radio channel shared among a plurality of mobile/fixed stations. <P>SOLUTION: A radio base station which transmits data to a mobile terminal includes a scheduler function of which throughput is proportional to the number of users, and a line termination processing function of which throughput is proportional to a data amount, in the same processing unit, and is configured to perform control for implementing the scheduler function and the line termination processing function while switching them in a preset time domain. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
