PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet material having flexibility, usable for a processed product obtained by extending a sheet body at least in one direction and holding the extended product, and having excellent quality. SOLUTION: The sheet material 10 includes a plurality of through holes 14 penetrating the sheet body 12 from the front surface to the back surface, and constituted of linear slits 16 extending by crossing each other in a direction in which the sheet body 12 is to be extended. The sheet material 10 is three-dimensionally molded and formed into the processed product in which the sheet body 12 is held at the extended state. The slits 16 are opened in the processed product and each of the through holes 14 functions as a vent hole for allowing air to be changed between the front and back sides of the processed product.
