PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying attachment turning device constructed to absorb a horizontal load that attachments receive while preventing the flotation of the attachments when three-dimensionally carrying works being supported on hangers by the attachments. SOLUTION: The carrying attachment turning device comprises an attachment arm 120 to both ends of which the plurality of attachments 122, 124 are fixed, a rotating shaft 130 fixed at one end to the attachment arm and supported to be turnable and movable up and down by a bearing 190, a turn block 140 fixed to the other end of the rotating shaft, and an attachment turning and up-and-down lifting mechanism 145 engaged with the turn block for lifting up and down and turning the attachment arm 120. A flotation preventing plate 110 is provided above the turn block 140 in a turnable and insertable manner for preventing the flotation of the attachments 122, 124. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
