摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state photographing device outputting an optical black level which is not changed by temperature and storage time, and reducing an impact on image contrast by adjusting a difference in a dark current flow amount generated in an aperture picture element and OB picture element. SOLUTION: A solid-state photographing device constitutes an image area where a plurality of effective picture elements 36 and black criterion picture elements 38 are arranged, which are composed of photoelectric conversion parts 53, 43 and floating diffusion parts 54, 44. The photoelectric conversion part 43 of the effective picture element 36 and photoelectric conversion part 53 of the black criterion picture element 38 are configured in the same shape so that a dark current amount of the effective picture element 36 and that of the black criterion picture element 38 become equal. A surface area and perimeter length of the floating diffusion part 54 of the black criterion picture element 38 are configured to be smaller than the floating diffusion part 44 of the effective picture element 36.
