PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize necessity of an isolator system for preventing common mode transient phenomenon during operation in the technical field.SOLUTION: An isolator system has an isolator generating a differential isolator signal, and a receiver for generating digital data representing a signal received from the isolator. The system may include an RC filter coupled between the isolator and receiver. During operation, a filter can distribute a transient signal over various circuit paths in the isolator, only some of which are coupled with the input of the receiver. As the time elapses, the filter can attenuate contribution of transient phenomenon at the input of the receiver. In this way, the filter can limit the impact of these common mode transient phenomena.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
