PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic device capable of improving precision of a Doppler measurement.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic device comprises: a transmission part 12 that transmits an ultrasonic wave through a probe 14, with respect to each of multiple transmission beams to be formed at different positions or in different directions; a reception part 20 that receives an ultrasonic wave through the probe 14, with respect to each reception beam which is formed corresponding to each transmission beam and is included in a reception beam set; a Doppler processing part 24 that obtains a Doppler measurement for each reception beam; and a combination/selection part 26 that, when there is a prescribed positional relationship between a first reception beam which is formed corresponding to a first transmission beam and belongs to the reception beam set and a second reception beam which is formed corresponding to a second transmission beam and belongs to the received beam set, combines a first Doppler measurement obtained for the first reception beam and a second Doppler measurement obtained for the second reception beam.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
