PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable adaptation for different power supply voltages to be carried out while reduction in consumption power and increase in temperature at an electromagnetic coil are being restricted.SOLUTION: A control device for an electromagnetic type reciprocating pump comprises a current sensor 64 for detecting current flowing in an electromagnetic coil 44; a switching element 62 for turning on or turning off a DC voltage applied to the electromagnetic coil 44; and an arithmetic circuit 61 for generating a control signal for turning on or turning off the switching element 62. The control signal includes a first signal for repeating with a prescribed period ΔTs for turning off the switching element 62 after elapsing of a prescribed period ΔTon subsequent to turning on the switching element, and a second signal for turning off the switching element 62 upon increasing of the detected current value up to an upper limit threshold within a prescribed period ΔTon and for turning on the switching element 62 upon reduction of the detected current value down to a prescribed lower limit threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
