When the image transmitted by the face recognition and verification device (1) is received, the server device (3) provides a push-notification to a preregistered smartphone (SP) via the network (NW) that a watched person has been detected, and provides information related to the watched person that includes the captured image of the person transmitted from the face recognition and verification device (1). |
