A burnishing section (3) comprises: a mandrel (33); a burnishing roller (31); a frame (34); an adjustment member (35) capable of adjusting the position of the frame (34) with respect to the mandrel (33) in the axial direction by pressing the frame (34) from one side in the axial direction; and an elastic member (38), which is disposed on the other side of the frame (34) in the axial direction and is for supporting said frame (34). A reamer section (5) comprises: a base (53) that is detachably mounted on the mandrel (33); and a machining blade (51) that is integrally formed on the base (53). As a result, the present invention provides: a combined machining tool capable of machining a smaller diameter inner circumferential surface of a workpiece; and a machining method using same. |
