The present invention relates to an organic light-emitting diode display device comprising: a substrate having a plurality of unit pixels comprising a plurality of sub-pixels for implementing lights of different wavelength bands, and having a thin-film transistor; an organic light-emitting diode electrically connected to the thin-film transistor and generating white light; a color filter formed at a position corresponding to the sub-pixel, so as to selectively transmit light of a wavelength band corresponding to each sub-pixel; and a quantum dot layer disposed between the organic light-emitting diode and the color filter and converting incident light into light of a wavelength capable of passing through the color filter.
