Disclosed are a terminal access method, apparatus and system. The method comprises: measuring the signal quality of each cell in a pre-acquired cell list to obtain a signal quality measurement value corresponding to each cell; modifying a signal quality threshold required by each cell according to a pre-acquired signal quality threshold modification parameter to obtain the modified signal quality threshold required by each cell; comparing the modified signal quality threshold required by each cell with the signal quality measurement value of each cell; selecting a cell of which the signal quality measurement value is larger than the modified signal quality threshold required by the cell; and sending an access request to the selected cell and performing access to the selected cell. The technical solution provided by the present invention solves the problem of providing network access technologies to an MTC device in an M2M network. |
