A nanopore device comprises: a nanopore structure having a nanopore having an inlet and an outlet to enable an object to pass through the same; and a pair of a first electrode and a second electrode of which end parts are exposed inside the nanopore, provided to be spaced from each other between the inlet and the outlet, and provided to measure a current flowing inside the nanopore.
