A question-and-answer (Q&A) page related question recommendation method and device, the method comprising: according to a search term of a user, acquiring from a database at least one related question related to a search term (S102); filtering the acquired related question according to at least one preset rule (S104); determining a related question recommendation for the user according to the result of filtering the related question (S106). A related question that is more accurate and that meets user demand can be acquired according to the related question recommendation method in the Q&A page, thus improving accuracy of Q&A page retrieval.
