The present invention relates to an ultrasonic washing apparatus for purifying fine polluted soils. The ultrasonic washing apparatus for purifying fine polluted soils comprises: an outer water tank which accommodates a liquid medium inside an inner space portion thereof; an inner water tank which is disposed in the space portion, which forms a dual water tank structure in which the inner water tank is spaced apart from the outer water tank, in which a gap between the spaced tanks is filled with the liquid medium, and in which a washing space having a discharge hole adapted to communicate with a lower portion and formed on a bottom surface is provided; one or more ultrasonic vibrators which are formed in the space portion, and which are disposed to be spaced apart from the inner water tank; and an agitation means which is formed inside the inner water tank, and which includes agitation blades adapted such that an axis of rotation thereof is disposed in a vertical direction. The ultrasonic washing apparatus for purifying fine polluted soils is advantageous in that overall washing, not removing of only contaminants on the surface side of soils, can be performed, washing efficiency can be improved even by using considerably reduced amounts of water and chemical, and fine soils, which have been discarded in connection with prior art, can be utilized.
