A noise map drawing method and apparatus. The noise map drawing method comprises: acquiring environmental noise uploaded by a terminal, the environmental noise comprising a noise value, time information and position information (S101); when the terminal uploads a picture corresponding to the environmental noise, detecting whether the picture is a valid picture (S102); when the picture is the valid picture and the photographing place of the picture is interior, identifying the environmental noise as indoor environmental noise (S103); when no picture is taken, identifying the environmental noise as outdoor environmental noise, or when the picture is an invalid picture, identifying the environmental noise as the outdoor environmental noise, or when the picture is the valid picture and the photographing place of the picture is exterior, identifying the environmental noise as the outdoor environmental noise (S104); and drawing a noise map according to the indoor environmental noise and the outdoor environmental noise (S105). The drawing precision and the reliability of a noise map are improved.
