摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive circuit of which memory capacity is reduced while preventing a color shift. <P>SOLUTION: The drive circuit includes a grayscale voltage data conversion unit 3 which converts grayscales into voltages by the primary colors of image display, a normal LUT 14 containing voltages corresponding to grayscales at the end of a last frame and output voltages for overshoot driving based upon those voltages associatively with each other, a normal OS arithmetic unit 4 which finds output voltages using the normal LUT 14, a predictive LUT 15 containing predicted voltages corresponding to grayscales at the end of a current frame when the overshoot driving is performed using the output voltages found by the normal OS arithmetic unit 4, a predictive OS arithmetic unit 5 which finds predictive voltages using the predictive LUT 15, and a frame memory 6 holding the predictive voltages found by the predictive OS arithmetic unit 5, wherein the normal OS arithmetic unit 4 finds the output voltages by the primary colors of image display, and the predictive OS arithmetic unit 5 finds the predictive voltages by the primary colors of image display. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
