The present invention relates to a jig device for X-ray inspection, capable of X-ray imaging in a state that a ring-shaped inspection object is inclined. The jig device for X-ray inspection of a ring-shaped inspection object according to the present invention comprises: a table lift which includes a plate-shaped table and a lift unit lifting the table; an inclination support unit which is installed on the table to be detachable, and supports the inspection object to be inclined with respect to the plate surface of the table; and a horizontal support unit which includes a center reference portion installed to protrude from the plate surface of the table, and a plurality of support arms including a horizontal support roller member supporting the inspection object to rotate and radially extending from the center reference portion, wherein the inclination support portion includes a lower support portion which has a lower inclination roller supporting the inspection object to rotate, and a pair of upper support portions which are disposed at the upper portion of the lower support portion, have an upper inclination roller supporting the inspection object to rotate, and forms an acute angle triangle with the lower support portion. Accordingly, the jig device for X-ray inspection of a ring-shaped inspection object can take an X-ray image of the ring-shaped inspection object. The jig device for X-ray inspection according to the present invention can relatively easily support and rotate various ring-shaped inspection objects in various manners. |
