An interface circuit can include a termination resistor and a termination voltage generation unit. The termination voltage generation unit detects a voltage level of a termination node connected to the termination resistor to drive the termination node at a level of a termination voltage when the voltage level of the termination node deviates from a predetermined range. Therefore, communication accuracy and efficiency of a system can be increased.
