According to one embodiment of the present invention, a cooling fin block which can be attached to a thermoelectric module for a dehumidifier using a thermoelectric element comprises: a cooling fin block main body having a first surface attached to one surface of the thermoelectric module and having a second surface facing the first surface; a plurality of cooling fins extended from the second surface of the cooling fin block main body to the outside and spaced from each other at a predetermined distance; and a plurality of groove lines formed on a surface of each cooling fin to be spaced from each other in the perpendicular direction to the ground surface.
