PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a serial connection part for a battery pack in which two element batteries connected in series by using a tab are surely arranged on the same axis and the arrangement state can be surely maintained.SOLUTION: A serial connection part for a battery pack is formed of a resin integrally molded article, and includes a disc-shaped partition wall portion 51, a cylindrical portion 52 which is downwardly opened with the partition wall portion serving as a top surface and in which the upper end side of an element battery 10d is inserted, and a wall surface portion 53 which erects upwards along the peripheral edge of the partition wall portion and holds the lower end side of the element battery 10u. The wall surface portion is parted by a cut-out portion 57 which is formed at a part of a cylindrical side surface opened upwards with the partition wall portion serving as a bottom thereof and extends from the upper end of the side surface to the upper surface 55 of the partition wall portion, a hole 54 which intercommunicates in the up-and-down direction and in which a convex-shaped electrode terminal 11 of the element battery is inserted is formed at the center of the partition wall portion. A groove 56 which has a rectangular cross-section and is opened at the hole and the peripheral edge of the partition wall portion so that a tab 20 formed by folding a belt-like metal plate 120 is accommodated therein is formed on the upper surface of the partition wall portion. The cut-out portion is formed in an area where the groove is opened at the peripheral edge of the partition wall portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
