PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical detector capable of obtaining distance information with high accuracy, by being driven with comparatively low power.SOLUTION: Measuring light emitted from a light source 11 becomes light having intensity modulation intermittently emitting light by a pulse oscillation circuit 15, and the measuring light is converted into a projection pattern having a high luminance part and a low luminance part by hologram elements and given to an object. As regards light received by a light receiving element 21, a phase difference is detected by a phase difference detection circuit 31, and a distance is calculated by a Z-distance calculation portion 32. Further, by using reflection light from the high luminance part, information about the X-Y coordinate of the object can be obtained by an X-Y position calculation portion 34. Thus, three-dimensional information of the object to be measured can be obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
