PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat treatment apparatus capable of inhibiting adverse effects exerted at subsequent steps by a coolant adhered to a work at a cooling step.SOLUTION: The heat treatment apparatus 1 of the present invention comprises: a turntable 2 for conveying a cyclic work W in a state of being mounted thereon; and a cooling unit 5 for cooling, with a coolant, a previously heated cyclic work W conveyed by the turntable 2. This heat treatment apparatus 1 includes chucks 41 rotatable around the axial line of the cyclic work W in a state of gripping the cyclic work W having been conveyed from the cooling unit 5 by the turntable 2 and possesses a drying unit 6 for drying the cyclic work W based on a centrifugal force accompanying the rotation of the chucks 41. |
